These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) apply to all electronic orders placed by individuals acting in a personal capacity as consumers through Monouaf Sarl, directly on its website accessible at: https://www.parafriendly.ma.
These GTC may be amended at any time by Monouaf Sarl. It is the customer’s responsibility to consult and formally accept them prior to placing an order.
The applicable version of the GTC is the one in effect on the website at the time of the order.
By placing an order on the website, you fully, unconditionally, and unreservedly accept the General Terms and Conditions in effect on the day of your order.
Definitions
The terms used below are defined as follows:
Order: The action by which the customer submits a signed paper order form or completes the electronic order form on the website.
Customer: Any individual purchasing products for personal use.
Order Form: The paper or electronic document used to place a product order with Parafriendly.
Products: Any product offered for sale on the Parafriendly website.
Article 2 – Access to the Website
The website is generally accessible 24/7, subject to the following conditions:
Force majeure events;
Internet network availability;
Temporary suspensions for maintenance, updates, or other technical reasons.
Customers expressly acknowledge that Parafriendly cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from use, updates, or temporary unavailability of the website.
Ordering products requires customers to create a personal account via the “My Account” section by completing the registration form. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Login credentials (username and password) are strictly personal and confidential. All activity performed under a customer’s login is considered to be made by that customer.
Parafriendly cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive use of customer credentials. Customers must promptly notify Parafriendly of any unauthorized use, loss, or forgotten password.
Article 3 – Product and Service Pricing
Product and service offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site.
Prices shown on product pages do not include delivery fees or additional optional services. Delivery costs are displayed at the bottom of each website page.
Article 4 – Orders
If a product or service becomes unavailable after placing your order, Parafriendly will inform you by email and offer the following options:
Delivery of a product/service of equal value and quality;
Full refund for the unavailable item.

The online ordering process includes:
Product selection;
Input of customer information;
Order summary and corrections;
Order validation;
Delivery method selection;
Review and acceptance of these GTC;
Payment.
4.2 Order Confirmation
After placing your order, Parafriendly will send an Order Confirmation email including a summary and order number.
Parafriendly reserves the right to cancel an order for legitimate reasons, such as:
Non-compliance with the GTC;
Unresolved payment issues on past orders;
Suspected fraud.

Article 5 – Payment Terms
Payment is accepted via:
Credit cards authorized by CMI (Visa, CMI, MasterCard)
Cash on delivery (COD)
Your bank account will be charged within 24–48 hours of the order. The order becomes effective upon approval by the bank.
In case of payment refusal, the order is canceled and you will be informed via email.
Monouaf Sarl reserves the right to cancel a transaction in case of suspected fraud or unresolved payments.
Article 6 – Payment Security
To ensure secure online payments, Parafriendly uses the Interbank Payment Center (CMI). Banking data is encrypted, securely transmitted, and verified with your bank.
Parafriendly never has access to your confidential payment details, which are destroyed after each transaction.
Article 7 – Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Shipping & Carriers
Parafriendly offers delivery to your home or workplace. After confirming your order, we prepare and ship it to the address specified.
Delivery charges are listed in the “Delivery” section. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Delays of less than 7 business days do not entitle cancellation or compensation.
Delivery can be:
Direct to your address
At a designated collection point
If delivery fails due to customer absence or non-collection, additional charges may apply.
Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the package and refuse any damaged goods, notifying us within 24 hours. Otherwise, the products are considered accepted in good condition.
In case of loss, an investigation will be opened and may take 1–3 weeks.
Parafriendly does not accept returns unless explicitly stated. Any failed delivery attempt due to customer-related issues is the customer’s responsibility.
If you wish to send products to two different addresses, place two separate orders.
7.2 Delivery Timelines
Casablanca: Delivery within 24 hours (subject to product availability).
Other Cities: 48–72 working hours via express courier.
In case of delays, we will notify you or you may contact our customer service. If a product becomes unavailable, we will offer:
A replacement of equal value and quality;
A refund.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
Cosmetic products are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, and traceability regulations. No exchanges or refunds are provided.
This does not affect your legal warranty rights regarding hidden defects or non-conformity. For hidden defects, items must be returned within 48 hours of purchase to:

Parafriendly ensures products conform to their description and are free of hidden defects. Products must:

Your data is securely stored and processed. We may share your details with third parties for order delivery or fraud prevention.
